Delivery Information
We deliver musical instruments and accessories across serviceable locations in India through trusted courier/logistics partners. Delivery availability may depend on the customer pin code and courier coverage.
Order processing
- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- If additional verification is required, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery time
- Metro cities: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.
- Remote locations may take additional time depending on courier availability.
Shipping updates
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared where available. Customers should provide a complete address, correct phone number, and valid email address to avoid delivery delays.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If a package is received damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details, photos of the package, and photos/videos of the product. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier or replacement process.
